Egg Mayonnaise Dip

Using our Healthy Homemade Mayonnaise!

Egg Mayonnaise Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 1 x Celery stick finely chopped
  • ¼ of a medium-sized Onion, finely chopped (allow to soak in salt water for
    2 hours, then drain water off)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 250 ml Mayonnaise*

* Refer to our Mayonnaise recipe.

 

METHOD

  • Use a masher to finely mash the eggs.
  • Add the onions (raw)
  • Add Celery.
  • Add Mayonnaise.
  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients and adjust seasoning to taste.
